Happy 2014! Cats & Pop Punk Bands Calendar

Happy 2014! We all made it another year! In honor of the new year I had to design myself a new calendar and it's been a bit of a tradition to make a cat's and pop punk bands calendar each year with cats photoshopped onto bands and I made the 2014 one.

Along the line of the new year, I have made it one of my new years resolutions to make at least 10 new images to put as content on here so hopefully there will be a good amount of posts here in 2014!

New iPhone Cases

I've been very busy with school and life to do some designing but one of my news years resolutions is to post at least five new cases a month so I should have some new designs for you very soon.

These are three for the month of december.

these are from All Time Low because I realized that I didn't have many All Time Low cases and they have great lyrics and The Fault in Our Stars because I really identified with this design.

Throwback Thursday (3)

Third installment of my throwback thursday series! I redesign of the book The Liar Society by Lisa and Laura Roecker!

I like the concept of this book cover and i like the topography of the title but the picture definitely doesn't fit the book. If I were to make this again now, I would edit a picture that fits the storyline more.

Throwback Thursday (2)

This is the second installment of my Throwback Thursday series! My edit of The Hunger Games cover by Suzanne Collins. The concept is there, simple bird on storm clouds.

This one is a bit mortifying, I mean you can definitely still see the sky around the bird but I think this was one of my first edits so go easy on me, I was still learning photoshop! I do like the subtle way that Suzanne Collins is faded on the bottom. I'm glad this is on the internet for all to see for the rest of forever.

Throwback Thursday

I was looking through my computer and I found some of my designs circa 2009 so I thought it would be fun to showcase them here in a "throwback" series so you can see how far I've (hopefully) come! Enjoy!

These are my redesigned covers for the Demon's Lexicon series by Sarah Rees Brennan, I actually still really like these, they are dramatic and dark which fits really well with the series. Some of the pictures could have been blended a little bit smoother but overall I'm not mortified by these. Success!

Band Inspired Phone Cases

These are my other band inspired iPhone cases. The first and the last are from the band Marianas Trench and use lyrics from their song Ever After. The second is from Fall Out Boy's song The Phoenix, and finally the third is from You Me at Six's latest song Lived a Lie.
